• Create tailored VIP journeys, bonuses, and exclusive promotions to drive loyalty and retention
• Monitor player activity and behaviour to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Analyse player trends and feedback to improve the overall VIP program
• Stay current on industry best practices to keep our VIP offering competitive and innovative
• Foster a culture of excellence within the VIP management department

• Proven experience in VIP Management within the online gaming, casino, or crypto space
• A deep understanding of VIP expectations and the ability to deliver exceptional service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work North American hours (flexible remote position)
